This workshop will focus on the benefits of practising Ho'oponopono prayer in promoting mental and emotional well-being. Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian prayer that involves taking responsibility for one's thoughts, feelings, and actions and seeking forgiveness and reconciliation.
The workshop will explore the connection between Ho'oponopono prayer and mental and emotional health, including stress reduction, improved mood, and greater resilience.
Participants will learn techniques for incorporating Ho'oponopono prayer into their daily lives and will have the opportunity to engage in guided meditation and reflective exercises to deepen their understanding and practice of this powerful healing modality. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a greater understanding of the positive effects of mental and emotional health and the transformative power of Ho'oponopono prayer.
