Yin Yoga & Singing Bowl Meditation

Yin yoga is a slower paced practice based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the yin yang philosophy. The practice begins from the feet and focuses on the lower body which increases blood and energetic (qi, prana) circulation within the internal system and ground your entire being. Postures are often held between 2-5 mins to allow a deep sense of release within the deeper connective tissues, fascia and joints in the body. This is a great complement to the dynamic (Yang) practices of yoga and exercise.

Amanda’s gentle guidance in this session allows participants to let go of tension and surrender to the experience of the moment. Be prepared to go into a deep sense of stillness and meditative state in Savasana through a deep vibrational sound bath.
